Sr. Technical AWS Application Architect

Application platform currently is run in PCF. They want to move toward a native container management in AWS ndash fargate Their current database selected are not optimal. They want to replace Mongo Cassandra with relational databases All of the NBCU data is structured, so we will need to move it accordingly. They donrsquot support non-AWS datastores. Database services will be based on SQL and other relational databases Understanding of data migration, data catalogue and documention Familiar working within a Dev Ops environment using GIT, Jenkins, Container registry (AWS), S3 The project will start with the idea of building models Then use the models to drive self service adoption Use metadata to create artifacts (going to use Glue) Use a metadata viewing portal to see data, definitions and dimensions (going to use Alation, Sagemaker Looker) Use a set of BI tools for end users - flexible for selection, end user builds visualization and reports Will need to understand data governance, framework, roles, policy, Cognito IAM
