Location/Division Specific Information Position Summary We are seeking an AWS Cloud Architect with proven experience to join us to build and enhance our Enterprise Data Platform. The candidate should demonstrate expertise and experience of AWS Cloud Architect with relevant and demonstrated experience in infrastructure design and development. You will design, describe, and manage the solution engineering for the overall business solution and provide supervision and guidance to the development teams What will you do? Work closely with leaders of Enterprise Technology Organization team, Develop and refine quarterly technical implementation plan and roadmap based on business priorities, and build plan sprint backlogs for future sprint execution based on quarterly objectives and progress of the current sprint activities for the Enterprise Data Platform. Lead and work with a team in fulfilling user stories for each sprint by providing thought leadership and technical mentorship in solution delivery. Own the Product Roadmap for the Platform Engineering team. Drive the actions with team members. Take on and fulfill user stories directly when needed. Create, refine and gloom work items in the team backlog in order to keep it organized, relevant and elaborated just in time. Prioritize data platform and analytics requirements to deliver scalable capabilities for data and analytics product development. Develop and handle product backlog and prioritize based on key business value. Communicate business groups and divisions, and technical stakeholder needs with engineering partners, ensuring products requirements are clearly understood and defined as epics and stories. Host and facilitates sprint review and demo as well as formulating relevant attendee list for each session. Represents Platform Engineering team for PO Sync in order to coordinate and communicate shifting priorities. How will you get here? Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science, Mathematics or closely related field required 6+ years IT experience, 4+ years of experience of a technical or solution owner of enterprise-level data platform Hands-on experience with AWS is a must. Deep understanding with AWS data technology stack such as AWS IAM, EC2, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Redshift, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch Experience with Agile or Scrum development is preferred A proven track record and solid experience in developing cloud-based solutions on AWS Deep understanding of security concepts (Authentication and Authorization) with experience in implementing security controls and compliance requirements Must be a thought-leader and have experience with providing technical directions in solution delivery Excellent verbal and written communication skill including the ability to describe complex technical concepts in relatable terms.
