Sr. Search Marketing Specialist - Hybrid Remote Work

Silicon Valley Bank is seeking an agile and well-rounded Channel Marketing Search Specialist to act as a key contributor to the search practice in the Growth Marketing function. This role will report into the Sr. Manager, Channel Marketing. You will execute and manage the plans/strategies of paid search campaigns for multiple business units, segments, and sectors.

In this role you will:

* Manage the day to day execution of paid search campaigns
* Work with an agency partner to create, launch, manage, and analyze paid search (SEM) campaigns to drive demand and conversion

* Update campaigns as requested, address concerns and make creative suggestions to improve the lead generation and lead experience to deliver against KPIs

* Develop ad copy and brief internal teams on digital assets and content as needed

* Uses content management system to make and advise on on-page optimizations, including copy and content production and revision, metadata optimizations, code and structured data creation and implementation on landing pages

* Provide SEM digital expertise and best practices to internal stakeholders
* Understand the goals of internal stakeholders and recommend tactics from a Search lens that builds the overall Search strategy and meet business objectives

* Serve as an in-house SEM digital expert and respond to day-to-day SEM digital marketing requests in a timely manner

* Track, report and analyze the impact of the SEM channel on the SVB business
* Communicate findings of current performance and provide testable hypotheses for future creative tests

* Analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations to deliver continuous improvements to programs

* Report campaign learnings and present the impact to the leadership team

* Manage the paid search budget
* Manage PO and accruals across multiple budget line items

Our ideal candidate will have:

* 3+ years search marketing experience in a large complex organization or agency experience preferred

* Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Adwords and Bing

* Experience managing Paid Media and/or owned media campaigns across the major digital marketing platforms

* Experience interpreting marketing data to drive decision-making (CPC, CPLs, CVR, CTRs etc.)

* Subject matter expertise in multiple digital platforms, including Episerver or other web management platforms, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Jira, Confluence, Marketo, and similar tools
