Job Description

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join the Home Office to support the set up, configuration, and maintanence of the organizations' ITSC system. + Works with Salesforce users in the organization to understand their system needs. + Builds, customizes, and supports objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.), workflows, reports, or dashboards. Ensures integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms. + Administer aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules + Sandbox environment management. Tests and approves system changes prior to deployment. + Works with IT teams to ensure customer interactions are appropriately captured. Identifies and deletes or merges duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records. Maintains user profiles and settings, and provides training to end-users as needed. + Helping Users/Provide support to the development staff and the power users. The explanation and investigation of problems and response issues is a continuing task. + Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience + Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders + Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders + Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed + Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer + Monitor and improve user adoption. Provide new user and ongoing user training + Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed + Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge + Continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platforms, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map + Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Service Cloud + A proactive attitude to platform enhancements on + Excellent relationship-building skills + Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels all the way up to the CIO + Communication Skills + Ability to learn and adapt to changing technology Education & Experience + Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services. + Preferred 2 years of experience in Systems administration or Technical Support NOTE: Racism, either overt or perpetuated through unconscious bias, has no place at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, and both our Mission and People Promise are firmly rooted in the principle of valuing what everyone brings to the table.
