Job Description:

The Sr Recruiter role provides consultative full cycle recruitment. This role will be a part of a fun, passionate and growing global Talent Acquisition and HR team. We are seeking an experienced Sr Recruiter who can effectively interact with business leaders at all levels, possesses excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and works effectively across multiple locations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manages end to end full cycle recruitment
  • Consults with Hiring Managers and various levels of leadership to understand business requirements, determine job needs and applicant qualifications for open positions
  • Proactively sources talent for roles across all business area to build pipelines and talent pools
  • Proactively provides feedback and recommendations on potential talent in support of business needs with a consultative approach
  • Provides world class candidate (internal and external) and hiring manager experience
  • Partners with the HRBP to learn and share opportunities for enhancement of HR programs, policies, and trends in service of the applicant experience, contributing to the business results
  • Manages a workload of multiple job requisitions that are frequently specialized and global locations
  • Implement and execute a solid understanding of social media usage and brand strategies to attract passive candidate
  • Ability to travel as needed


Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in supporting senior business/functional leaders preferred
  • Strong client relationship skills with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships with hiring managers
  • Ability to influence business and/or talent decisions with a broad range of internal clients
  • Experience developing new avenues of candidate sourcing
  • Experienced in executing and developing recruitment strategies preferred
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Consistent judgment skills to ensure diverse applicant considered populations
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills


Minimum Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related area or combination of experience and education, preferred


Minimum Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of the following: recruitment or human resources with a focus on recruiting
  • Workday experience a plus
