Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Recruiter to partner with the Manager of Talent Acquisition and other HR team members to help attract and hire the best talent. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing full-cycle recruitment across the organization as assigned while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate selection, hiring and on-boarding experience. Our ideal candidate is driven with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic and fun workplace. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for assigned departments and will source and recruit top tier talent in new and creative ways.Partner with hiring managers to source and recruit best-in-class candidates Implement and improve the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance as well as on-boarding activities Build qualified candidate pipelines for critical areas in marketing and creative Continuously improve and expedite process for screening, testing and selecting qualified candidates Assist with the integration of on-line applicant tracking (Jobvite) with the HRIS (Workday) system; manage the day-to-day administration of positions assigned in the ATS system Collaborate with line management and the recruiting team to write compelling job descriptions and prepare for interviewing, screening and selection processes Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and Human Resources staff Develop strong networking channels through on-line job boards as well as social media platforms, etc. Work consultatively with business unit leaders and hiring managers to fundamentally understand human capital needs. Partner with Manager of Talent Acquisition to strategize hiring approaches Identify and implement best practices and recruiting trends into talent acquisition plans and processes Assist with HR departmental initiatives and needs as required Minimum RequirementsMinimum 4+ years recruiting experience in a high-growth environment; conventional and technical sourcing and recruiting experience is required Experience recruiting marketing and creative candidates Extensive sourcing toolbox, should have demonstrable experience utilizing resources beyond LinkedIn and job boards Experience working with JobVite or other applicant tracking systems required Demonstrated success partnering with management throughout the recruiting cycle and executing a metric-driven process Outstanding Boolean search string design and sourcing Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the talent market on a local and Excellent relationship management skills and interviewing skills Able to handle heavy recruiting needs and keep accurate reporting of hiring status Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws and regulations Tech savvy, current on technology trends, platforms and applications Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and social media tools Desired SkillsCombination of in-house and agency experience preferred Bachelors Degree preferred International recruiting experience preferred Experience managing immigration processes preferred Experience with Workday HRMS system preferred Demonstrated experience working in a high-growth products company, CPG experience preferred
