Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects - ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.Join us as a Sr. Project Manager on our Change Management and Organizational Readiness team located in Austin, Texas, Round Rock, Texas, Houston, Texas or other remote US locations,to do the best work of your career and make an impact.What you'll achieveAs a Sr. Project Manager, you will oversee initial plans, set milestones, track project activities and communicate achievements to key partners, working with mid to large sized projects and recommending techniques and practices that ensure business goals.You will:Support marketing technology project plans and roadmap based on stakeholder input and data analysisCollaborate with key stakeholders to understand requests, discuss solutions, and drive project with IT teams/agenciesTrain end users on platform functionalities through a mix of live training, on-demand training, and documentationProvide regular updates on end to end consolidated timelines. Representative across projects and major deliverablesRepresents consumer, marketing, and merchandising point of view to identify new opportunitiesAbility to convey ideas and content in a simple and effective way with stakeholders, support the development of Change Management and Organizational Readiness communications to the organization"Be a problem solver.
