It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleSr. Program Manager - RemoteJob DescriptionAs a Sr. Program Manager, you would be accountable for leading and executing core projects and programs which include MedDrive and other key programs and initiatives. You would be called upon to use your strategic and analytic skillset to help identify, evaluate and drive forward specialty drug management recommendations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute operational plans for programs and initiatives related to assigned line of business across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work effortsCollaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programsConduct analysis, designs solutions, and monitors performance against metrics, business and/or client requirementsManage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implementedCollaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metricsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting1 year of program management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to work in self-directed environmentCritical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutionsProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fieldMinimum Physical Job RequirementsAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusReporting StructureReports to Director, Program Capabilities Prime Therapeutics LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
