We develop new technologies that authenticate products, increase traceability, and improve recyclability. As part of the high-profile HolyGrail 2.0 project focused on pioneering the use of digital watermarks for a circular economy, we are enabling companies to reach their recycling and recycled-content goals. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager that helps us with this ambition and ensures that our customers and partners are supremely successful with and engaged by Digimarc.

You will be responsible for effectively onboarding accounts onto our services, spurring usage in the early stages, providing ongoing support, and training, and building high customer satisfaction. You will work with your accounts actively to help them utilize Digimarc towards their business strategy, as well as acting as the voice of your customers internally at Digimarc. Creative, energetic, and self-driven, you understand the customer and their use cases and know how to be a trusted partner so companies stay and grow with Digimarc. You can manage numerous customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle with ease. You also love understanding a product in depth and then communicating those solutions to the users.


Manage and coordinate company recycling efforts, including Holy Grail 2.0

Run EU-based projects on brand authentication, traceability and other Digimarc solutions

Support brands, retailers, pre-media partners and suppliers and formulate, organize and monitor project delivery within scope, time, and budget

Interface between their senior executives/managers and Digimarc personnel, and coordinate with NA-based team members

Act as a liaison and lead cross-functional teams and cross-project activities, such as the coordination of enhanced, embossed, or molded products, support sales efforts, and partner with sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue and customer expectations

Manage the long-term relationship with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction

Manage the day-to-day detailed aspects of multiple projects: manage communication, risk, change, and track and report progress

Understand customer processes and needs and articulate the requirements to our internal teams

Understand customer processes and requirements covering hardware requirements within the supply chain and provider networks

Assist in any additional responsibilities, as directed by management


Passionate about understanding customers needs and driving towards customer success

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of individuals, groups, partners, and departments

Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives, requiring outstanding time management and organizational skills

Strong written and oral communication, including presentation skills and ability to translate technical jargon

Customer orientation and ability to present complex information to diverse audiences

Strong business acumen and ability to quickly absorb new technologies

Strong attention to detail and result oriented

Ability to work extended hours and travel when required

Minimum 10 years of experience in the packaging and print industry

Strong track record in managing complex projects and delivering value to customers

Proven project and relationship management experience

Experience working with international businesses

Bachelors degree in associated field preferred

Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce; agile practices a plus

Fluent in English and German, French a plus

Experience in software development or recycling industry is a plus
