Sr. Product Manager, Analytics & Services (Remote) Omnicell is working on exciting and innovative solutions to make IV compounding safe and economical for health care providers. The IV solutions portfolio consists of advanced robots powered by a cloud-based software ecosystem that takes IV compounding speed and throughput to the next level while also significantly improving the safety and efficacy of the operations. In this role, you will: Lead roadmap, planning, and execution for Omnicell's IV solutions critical product areas. Develop strategy and product plan for internal data mining and analysis. Leverage data insights to define & develop products and services that enable our customers' superior outcomes. Drive innovative subscription offerings across our IV portfolio by working collaboratively to define and develop value-driven subscription-based offerings comprised of software, customer success services, hardware, and the next generation of our tech-enabled cloud-based services. Work cross-functionally with engineering, UX, QA, marketing, sales, support, implementation, and other stakeholders to create and deliver a shared vision of success. Develop relationships with Omnicell customers and prospects, learning from them about their pressures and problems and helping them understand what to expect from our continually-evolving set of solutions. You are well versed in working with a lean-agile environment. You understand the value of incremental development and continuous delivery and use these tools to rapidly iterate with strong customer feedback. You are skilled in responding to requests from multiple market-facing business units and adept at defining priorities and trade-offs. Responsibilities Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs, and collaboration with subject matter experts. Develop communications material, value props, and high-level strategic justification to help explain "the why" of your product both internally and externally. Identify the key KPIs for each set of workflows and drive the multiple internal teams to find, analyze, and display the data. Take accountability for your product area, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, developing and refining user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing several aspects of overall product development activities. Collaborate with your product peers to prioritize problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and ultimately translate your priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Own the successful delivery of your roadmap, and co-own the overall product's success. Build effective relationships with engineering, design, QA, and various cross-functional stakeholders. Develop relationships with customers and prospects, and conduct effective interviews to understand better the context, pressures, complete understanding of the problems they need to solve to deliver the right solution. Required Knowledge and Skills Start-up mindset and the ability to run effective experimentation to gather data and drive insights. Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, group presentations. Flexibility to partner with and negotiate with colleagues and customers at all levels inside and outside the organization. Effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate and motivate teams. Work well with downstream teams and customers to understand and appropriately respond to market and business needs. Ability to interface effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize to achieve optimal results. Demonstrated critical thinking skills, analyzed information, and made sound decisions accurately. A self-starter who can work independently. Proficient with computers (Mac or PC, you pick). Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree 5 years of product management experience Experience utilizing data insights to define new products/services 3 or more years' experience defining and launching people-based services and/or web-based SaaS products Preferred Qualifications Experience building healthcare IT products. Experience in services consulting Developing business performance optimization service Work Condition: Travel to Cranberry Township ( Pittsburgh), PA, and to customers (about 20%). Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of Colorado only, expected pay is $108,000 to $140,000.
