We are actively hiring for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. Join us and support CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer, in achieving our goals! • This role is a critical position in driving marketing investment efficiency for our organization. You will partner with internal Marketing, IT and Product teams to enhance data and reporting infrastructure, generate reports and actionable insights to drive new business growth, as well as policyholder engagement and retention.

Essential responsibilities:
  • Serves as a lead analyst in collaborating with internal partners (e.g. Product, IT) to develop long-term data strategies and plans, enhance data governance and infrastructure.
  • Partners with the IT organization to design and drive processes to ensure data quality
  • Assesses and manages up-stream source data change impacts on Marketing data environment.
  • Identifies and operationalizes new data sources to improve Marketing's ability to target more effectively
  • Scrubs, standardizes, and maintain the team's datasets, assisting with ensuring data quality standards are maintained
  • Responsible for improving reporting tools and capabilities, providing data-driven solutions to solve business issues, generate insights to maximize effectiveness of our marketing programs.
  • Leads the development and maintenance of marketing reports, enhance visualization, increase automation and ability to self-serve.
  • Partners with teams across the organization to understand their analytics needs and creates dashboards and reporting that allow them to execute more effectively
  • Develops strong visualization to effectively communicate data and insight findings
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on special assignments, functioning as the principal analytic consultant and project manager, employing a vast knowledge of analytic/research techniques to provide actionable business solutions.

What would make us excited about you:
  • Bachelor's degree in related area (BA/BS degree in business, statistics, data science, economics or related discipline) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years' experience in analytics.
  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, techniques, and applications relevant to the field of promotion and advertising.
  • Strong Ability to work with large, continuously flowing amount of structured and unstructured data and transform into business insights.
  • Able to translate complex analytics into insights that are understood by business users
  • Prior experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. Amazon, Snowflake, Segment, Reltio)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Proficient in data support languages and tools (e.g. SQL, SAS and Python)

Per Nevada SB293 we are disclosing the compensation, or range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Nevada. If performed in Nevada, this position has a(n) salary range of $115,940 -$136,400. In compliance of Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be performed in Colorado. If performed in Colorado, this position has a(n) salary range of $110,000 - $129,000. The role includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay. (For Sales Agents Only) In addition we offer an Incentive and Recognition plan which is an additional earning opportunity from a production incentive plan.
