What will I be doing?

Seeking a Sr. Manager Digital Marketing Strategy who is versatile, imaginative and energetic professional, passionate about providing best in class omni-channel experiences in the travel and hospitality industry.

They will serve as a champion and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Direct marketing new buyer revenue generation campaigns. They will engage with members of other functional areas including Marketing operations, IT, Legal/ Compliance, Digital product, creative agencies and strategic partners.

They will be very focused with a strong attention to detail, solid business and product management skills, sufficient technology expertise to understand what is possible from a technical capability perspective, and the ability to articulate how solutions support new buyers and existing HGV owners.

They will drive company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Define digital marketing strategies to meet revenue generation goals for new business with a focus on market segments. Iterate and refine those messages for specific audiences and based on results.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative services team or outside agencies to develop marketing briefs/ concepts, messaging in order to optimize channel funnels
  • collaborate with data and operational teams to monitor program results and offer mix shifts from messaging to audience targeting
  • Continually track and report on campaign program metrics, conduct ROI analysis to figure out the effectiveness of strategic marketing programs and optimize campaign efforts accordingly.
  • Strong analytical skills is a requirement. They are comfortable analyzing data, assess trends in order to inform future marketing strategies
  • Regularly update key partners on marketing strategies, program results, and schedules
  • Experience using Analytical tools such as Excel, Google/Adobe, data visualization (Tableau) custom reporting and campaign management tools (Airtable)
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, comfortable operating at all levels with the business
  • Partner with cross-channel/ cross-functional teams to drive revenue generation campaigns on time and on budget
  • Analyzes campaign and customer data using spreadsheet (Excel) models, web/email analytics tools (Google/Adobe), data visualization (Tableau) custom reporting tools (Cognos) and campaign management software (Airtable)
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, ad-hoc analytic requests and development/automation of regular reports
  • Analyzes A/B and multi-variate tests, communicates results and provide recommendations for future marketing strategies
  • Creates PowerPoint presentations to provide campaign insights to cross-functional teams
  • Conduct research and analyze benchmarking data in order to advise future marketing strategies
  • Support ad hoc analyses as assigned by management
