Job Description:-

● Strong knowledge in LTE/UMTS/GPRS with basic IMS knowledge is desired

● Experience with Wireless Data Core networks, Architecture, Protocols and Interfaces

● Good understanding of Wireless Operator's end-end Network

● Experience with LTE core system interfaces and protocols such as S1-MME, S1-U, S6a, S11, S5/S8, Rx, NAS, S1-AP, RRC, GTPv2c, GTP-U, SGs-AP is desired

● Knowledge of Policy and Charging elements within the packet core; PCEF, PCRF, PAS, OFCS, OCS.

● Good Knowledge on Diameter; AVPs.

● Knowledge of Browsing Proxy, Streaming Proxy, Push Proxy and NAT64 Gateway.

● Understanding of Content and Video Optimization techniques such as Progressive Download Bitrate Throttling, Transcoding, trans adaptation.

● Expertise in Traffic Event Records (TERs).

● Knowledge of Database (Oracle, MIND)

● Knowledge of 3GPP Mobility Specifications applicable to Packet Core Infrastructure Nodes; GGSN, SGW, PGW.

● Understanding of mobility related call flows; S11, S1U, S5, Gn, Gx, Rx,Ga,Sy.

● Working Knowledge in any of UMTS/GPRS Protocols such as NBAP, RNSAP, RANAP, BSSAP+ and GTP is preferred

● Excellent Understanding of Rel 8/Rel 9/Rel 10 3GPP standards

● Expertise in creating test plans for system level, subsystem level and feature level testing

● Understanding of Software testing Life cycle

● Good Knowledge in TCP/UDP, IP protocols and understanding of basic OSI model

● MOP and IG validations

● Config analysis, Implement the config change, troubleshooting, co-ordination with peer nodes during config changes. New Design suggestion and implement the config as per the new design
