Lead Demand Generation ManagerHiring Lead Demand Generation Manager to drive the strategy for our marketing playbook sourcing and influencing pipeline generation for our commercial and enterprise sales teams. This person is highly analytical and knows how to interface with leaders cross departmentally to drive outcomes. Youll lead our segment marketing managers to develop and optimize our revenue generating playbook. What youll accomplish:
Lead the day to day business operations of the demand gen team, including daily/weekly/quarterly tracking of key performance indicatorsWork with our Marketing Specialist, Customer Marketing Manager, and Product Marketing team to develop quarterly playbooks from webinars, sales blitzes, product launches, and more youre responsible for creating and managing the calendar Manage the relationship with our commercial sales partners, interfacing daily with sales development leadership Report on the success of the teams marketing playbook tracking new leads throughout the funnel qualified leads through pipelineWork with our email marketing manager to track performance of our lead nurture programs and implement quarterly optimizationsCollaborate with our marketing operations manager on our lead scoring modelPartner with our Paid Media Manager on cross channel campaigns ensuring consistency in messaging from the top of the funnel through the bottom of the funnel Develop a weekly reporting framework for marketing leadership sharing key performance metrics and marketing pipeline forecasts. Its your responsibility to foresee dips in performance and put together a plan to offset them. Work with sales leadership to optimize rep outreach and nurture through tools such as Salesloft; offering up optimizations or content improvements to increase connect rates with prospects Work closely with our channel team to align and provide support on upcoming channel events or co-marketing activities
What you bring (Required):
Bachelors Degree7-10 years of business experience analyzing complex problems with proven results in influencing business outcomesB2B SaaS experience and strong familiarity with Inbound Demand Generation funnelsExperience working with a sales development (SDR) or business development (BDR) teamAbility to lead by influence especially working cross functionally with leaders on sales Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills, including using measurement and analyzing large datasets to gain insights and drive business decisionsDemonstrated ability to prioritize activities effectively; focus on critical few, communicates and aligns conflicting priorities & proposes solutionsEntrepreneurial test & learn mindset with track record of innovation; ability to move & pivot quickly
What would be awesome to have (Preferred):
3-5 years experience interfacing directly with a sales organization Strong experience with Marketing Automation tools such as Marketo Account based marketing experience and experience working within an ABM tool such as 6Sense Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and ability to analyze diverse sets of data to develop insightsExperience with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft of Outreach Experience managing individuals or leading teams
