We are a dynamic and growing company, seeking a highly motivated Sr. Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The team is responsible for delivering an extensive range of financial services to bolster our global operations. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, analyzing data, and supporting various finance-related processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
Perform financial activities related to shared services, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and ensure adherence to sales and accounting policies and procedures.
Review and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
Participate in the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in the documentation and maintenance of finance-related policies and procedures.
Serve as an active member of the greater Operations' team and help with priority activities as needed.
What You Bring Along:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proven experience (3+ years) working in finance or accounting, preferably in a technology company or corporate finance environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, Expensify) preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

$106,000-$183,000 USD
Los Angeles, CA / Washington, DC - Salary Range
$95,400-$165,000 USD
Full OTE Range for locations in Washington State, except Seattle Area
Washington State - OTE Range
$90,100-$156,000 USD
US Remote - OTE Range
$90,100-$156,000 USD
Seattle, WA - Full OTE Range
$95,400-$165,150 USD
Compensation
