About the Position: The Senior Executive Recruiter will be responsible to scale the business by recruiting top leaders for executive level positions within our company. This role require a high touch level of service to not only our internal executive team but also for every candidate that the team engages and comes into contact with. The Senior Executive Recruiter is fully responsible for owning and executing executive level (Physicians, Director, C-Suite, Vice President and President) searches across the organization. Qualified candidates will be well-versed in all aspects of executive search including search/market strategy, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer negotiations.Under the supervision of the Talent Manager and in partnership with leadership from the Executive Team, Human Resource in partnership with key clients and is responsible for the oversight of physician and executive talent. The Senior Executive/Physician Recruiter will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies and sourcing channel. In conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Director of Marketing and Recruitment Business Operations Manager will create and maintain recruiting and marketing tools. Matrix Medical Network employment policies and programs as well as support initiatives of Human Resources. Must haves:Bachelors Degree Business, Human Resources, or other related field, comparable education of experience or a mixture of both. Three to five years of experience in physician or executive recruitment requiredAssociation for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR) membership preferredFellow, Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (FASPR) or Certified Medical Staff Recruiter (CMSR) designation preferredMinimum of 5 years experience leading and managing recruitment/staffing employees, preferably in a health care environment.Possess a strong understanding of the business practices of recruitment. (Healthcare industry preferred).Strong analytical skills with 5 years in recruitment metrics, strategy, and/or staffing utilization.Proven successful experience as a communicator (both written and oral). Strong listening skills.
