As the Sr. Manager of Continuous Improvement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiencies, reduce waste, and drive cost savings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices. Responsibilities
· Lead the continuous improvement efforts across the organization, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive total quality management.
· Develop and implement lean methodologies and tools to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce waste.
· Lead implementation of Redzone Operational Equipment Effectiveness software across all production facilities
· Fully integrate equipment/maintenance management software across all production facilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, analyze data, and implement best practices.
· Facilitate process improvement workshops and provide training on lean principles to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
· Monitor and track key performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide regular reports on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives.
· Drive cost savings initiatives by identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and benchmark best practices to drive innovation in process improvement.
Benefits· Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a continuous improvement or related role, preferably in the food production industry.
· Strong knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools.
· Proven track record of successfully leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
· This is a remote position that requires up to 70% travel
