We can't wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Sr. ConsultantBusiness Operations in our ISG Strategy and Operations team.What you'll achieveThis position is part of the ISG Major Initiatives and Business Operations team and will be responsible for leading initiatives such as program managing ISG partnership engagements and developing business models for IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) and other new strategic offers.You will: Programmatically orchestrate, execute and track the development and execution of several major ISG initiatives.Develop rigorous strategic, analytical, financial and operational frameworks to build a decision-making process and drive accountability in its execution.Identify key stakeholders, build and lead cross-functional teams and manage a rigorous working cadence to make consistent progress on different initiatives.Design and lead the BMS cadence for each initiative under this role's responsibility.Take the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential requirements7-10 plus years of relevant work experience in program and/or project management.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within the team and across functional organizations to drive win-win solutions.Strong financial and business acumen and understanding of Dell processes and systems capabilities.Solid analytical skills and the ability to model business cases with limited information.Exceptional business communication, content creation and strategic presentation skills.Proven track record in delivering and managing multiple projects and priorities producing clear business results and demanding both rigorous attention to detail and high-level comprehensive solution.Comfortable in ambiguous situations, with high drive and tendency to take the lead to influence others, drive action and deliver results.Desirable requirementsDomain expertise: ISG products and solutions (Storage, Servers, Networking, etc.).Previous experience in organizations like Product Management, ISG Finance, Business Operations, or similar.Expert knowledge across multiple Dell functions, tools and processes.
