Job Description

Inventory Analyst responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

• Provide inventory accounting and costing services to subsidiaries for countries with Legacy System. Also, You would be requested to provide inventory accounting/costing services to SAP system countries during transition period
• Ensure compliance to Financial Standard, SOX and other regulations
• Responsible for preparation of manual journal entries
• Responsible for timely balance sheet account reconciliation
• Detail of monthly activities will be, but not limited to; lead inventory closing operation for the subsidiaries and support system operation. Keep legacy system inventory ledger to be compliant with standard.
• Detail of weekly activities will be, but not limited to; Run soft closing and analyze & report variance information
• Detail of daily activities will be, but not limited to; Update unit cost in the system, run costing for new material number and work closely with countries for issue resolution.
• Engage in ad-hoc activities such as internal/external audit, tax audit, etc
• Enhance KPIs to improve productivity and service quality
