In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel services to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them create the perfect travel experiences. Your expertise and passion for travel will ensure that clients receive personalized support from the initial inquiry to the final booking.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish-speaking clients in planning, booking, and managing their travel itineraries.
• Provide detailed information on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, travel regulations, and offerings to provide accurate advice.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to deliver the best possible experience for clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in the travel industry or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
