In this essential role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our Spanish-speaking clientele, helping them troubleshoot product issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Spanish-speaking customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot product-related issues, providing clear and actionable solutions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on product features and provide best practices for optimal use.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and manage more complex issues as necessary.
  • Remain informed about product developments and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in technology.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a commitment to customer-centric service.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with the capability to simplify technical information for customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote working environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
