In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with their search engine-related questions and providing top-notch online support. Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat regarding search engine inquiries.
- Help manage customer accounts, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the technical team to resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Stay up to date with search engine developments and functionalities to provide informed guidance.
- Promote a positive customer experience through effective problem-solving and communication.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, particularly in digital services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of inquiries.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and a strong grasp of computer skills.
- Genuine interest in search engine technology and online marketing practices.
