This role is ideal for individuals who excel in facilitating effective communication and problem-solving in emergency situations. As part of our dynamic team, you will provide vital support to Spanish-speaking clients who require immediate roadside assistance, ensuring they receive top-notch service from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls from Spanish-speaking clients in need of roadside assistance efficiently and courteously.
- Evaluate the client's scenario swiftly and offer suitable solutions or assistance.
- Coordinate services with local towing companies and mechanical support for prompt response.
- Keep clients informed throughout the assistance process, providing clear instructions and reassurance.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and resolutions provided in the CRM system.
- Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Team up with fellow agents to enhance service efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or emergency response roles is preferred.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain calm and provide clear guidance during stressful situations.
- Experience with CRM software and related technology is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
