Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our remote team in Greece. In this rewarding position, you will provide exceptional support to our Spanish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries regarding our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries, order status, and product information through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to customer care.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
