Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry, including product details, order status, and general customer service.
- Provide personalized support and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of service.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and luxury brand partners to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Stay knowledgeable about the latest trends in luxury jewelry and the brand's specific offerings to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A background in customer support, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on customer care.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a good command of standard office software.
- Self-discipline and motivation to work independently in a remote environment.
