In this role, you will assist Spanish-speaking clients with their inquiries related to banking products and services, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat regarding banking inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account management, transactions, and product information effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and problem resolution.
  • Stay informed on banking products, services, and regulations to provide accurate assistance to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
