Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat regarding banking inquiries.
- Assist customers with account management, transactions, and product information effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and problem resolution.
- Stay informed on banking products, services, and regulations to provide accurate assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Experience in customer support, particularly in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
