Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with queries related to account management, transactions, and financial products.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up on outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex financial queries and enhance service delivery.
- Educate customers about banking processes, new offerings, and security protocols.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to handle sensitive issues professionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
