In this role, you will engage with Spanish-speaking clients to assist them with their online travel inquiries, providing top-notch service and support throughout their booking process. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat concerning their travel queries.
  • Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, modifying itineraries, and answering general inquiries about travel services.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Stay informed on travel products, services, and industry updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support, especially in the travel or tourism sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in office software.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
