Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat concerning their travel queries.
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements, modifying itineraries, and answering general inquiries about travel services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and timely issue resolution.
- Stay informed on travel products, services, and industry updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, especially in the travel or tourism sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in office software.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
