We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Travel, offering a remote position based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for travel and customer service, and who are eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients with their online travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online travel bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries relating to itineraries, changes, cancellations, and travel policies.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up on outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to address customer needs and improve service efficiency.
- Stay informed about current travel regulations, promotions, and services to provide accurate assistance.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
