Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding the online marketplace platform through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, product listings, transactions, and platform features.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve platform functionalities.
- Educate customers about platform policies, security measures, and promotional offerings.
- Gather feedback from clients to contribute to continuous improvement of services and user experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within e-commerce or online marketplace sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
