Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about account management, mobile app functionality, and transaction issues.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance their banking experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and track follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Educate customers on the features of mobile banking and help them maximize their usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and improve service quality.
- Gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvements in the mobile banking services offered.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- A proactive approach to customer service and issue resolution.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
