We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Food Delivery Service Department. This position is perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and enjoy helping Spanish-speaking clients navigate their food delivery experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding food delivery services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, delivery statuses, menu options, and service policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and delivery partners to address customer needs and enhance service efficiency.
  • Inform customers about promotions, new menu items, and service updates.
  • Gather feedback from customers to contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
