Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding fitness technology products through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, setup, troubleshooting, and usage.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to communicate customer feedback and support continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in fitness technology to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the technology or fitness industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software applications.
