We are currently in search of a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Fitness Technology, offering a remote position in Greece. Responsibilities
- Offer excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding fitness technology products via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product usage, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Guide users on best practices for utilizing fitness devices and applications effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve service delivery and address recurring issues.
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve more complex customer concerns swiftly.
- Stay informed about product features, updates, and industry trends to provide insightful support.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support ongoing product and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or fitness industry is preferred.
- Genuine interest in fitness technology, with the ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as required.
