Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding high-end coffee machines.
- Assist with customer inquiries, product troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues swiftly and effectively.
- Educate customers on product features and provide recommendations to enhance their coffee experience.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially with high-end consumer products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude with coffee machines or similar appliances is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing customer inquiries efficiently.
