Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding high-end coffee machines.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, product troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for consistent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Educate customers on product features and provide recommendations to enhance their coffee experience.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially with high-end consumer products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical aptitude with coffee machines or similar appliances is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing customer inquiries efficiently.
