Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their IT-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
- Guide customers through onboarding processes and provide support in utilizing the company's software and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
- Stay updated on the latest product offerings and company policies to provide accurate support.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by actively seeking feedback and suggestions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues while providing exceptional customer support.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
