Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their IT-related inquiries.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems.
  • Guide customers through onboarding processes and provide support in utilizing the company's software and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on the latest product offerings and company policies to provide accurate support.
  • Contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience by actively seeking feedback and suggestions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues while providing exceptional customer support.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about the company's products and services.
