This role allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while providing essential support to Spanish-speaking clients navigating financial services and products, assuring them of a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products, services, and transactions.
- Provide support in account management, including changes, updates, and problem resolution.
- Educate clients on product features and assist them in making informed financial decisions.
- Document all client interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive service records.
- Collaborate with different teams to resolve complex client issues effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and company offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in customer service or financial services is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
