Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce an excellent opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Banking Sector, allowing you to work remotely from Greece. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clients by assisting them with their banking inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth banking experience. Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding banking products, services, and inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account management, transaction requests, and problem resolution.
  • Accurately document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
  • Coordinate with other banking teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Keep up to date with banking products, compliance regulations, and trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Strong focus on detail and the ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
