Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding banking products, services, and inquiries.
- Assist customers with account management, transaction requests, and problem resolution.
- Accurately document and track customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
- Coordinate with other banking teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Keep up to date with banking products, compliance regulations, and trends to provide informed assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive and effective communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Strong focus on detail and the ability to handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
- Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
