Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support in Spanish via various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, product information, returns, and overall website navigation.
- Accurately record customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up and tracking.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively.
- Stay updated on product offerings, current promotions, and trends in the fashion industry to provide informed assistance.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through attentive and personalized service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the fashion or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
