In this role, you will assist our Spanish-speaking customers by providing excellent service and support related to our online gaming products and services. Responsibilities
- Engage with Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries concerning gaming platforms, account issues, and promotional offers.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide tailored solutions, ensuring a pleasant user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support strategies and processes.
- Keep updated on iGaming trends and product information to better assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the iGaming or related fields.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong interest in the gaming industry and dedication to enhancing customer satisfaction.
