Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via live chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to their accounts, gameplay, and technological issues.
- Promote various gaming products while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and inform product development.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a fluid and satisfactory customer journey.
- Stay informed about the latest gaming trends to provide well-informed advice and recommendations.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM to aid in reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming or online gaming sector.
- Strong understanding of online gaming platforms coupled with a genuine interest in the industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
