Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Spanish Speaking Accommodation Services Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity from Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients who are seeking assistance with their accommodation arrangements. You'll work to ensure a seamless experience for clients by addressing their inquiries, coordinating bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise. Responsibilities
- Support Spanish-speaking clients with their accommodation needs, providing timely and informative responses.
- Manage bookings and ensure all client requests are addressed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized solutions.
- Accurately document all client interactions and service requests in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about accommodation options and trends in the market to better assist clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the hospitality or accommodation sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries smoothly.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented individual comfortable working remotely.
