This individual will work with our Sales, Services, Enablement and Go To Market team members to develop, define, and deliver the education plans for the Optiv teams, to articulate the solutions and offerings, with a coordinated and collaborative voice, leveraging our sales force methodology framework. You will contribute to all aspects of the solutions enablement program including: needs assessments, developing content and materials and delivering instructor lead sessions. You will conduct research to continually upgrade the existing program, coordinate roadmaps and release cycles, and act as a resource for providing training support, guidance and training opportunities for a world class team.How you'll make an impactHelp develop, deliver and evaluate a comprehensive services enablement programBecome highly familiar with Optiv's entire value proposition, markets and competitors and apply solutions selling strategy appropriatelyDevelop training assets in multiple formats (online, ILT, self-paced, video)Define needs, communicate objectives, negotiate commitments and otherwise influence the cooperative efforts of others to achieve defined objectives.Work with internal and external resources to ensure the enablement program is delivering maximum value Represent and articulate the training needs to various cross functional teams.Qualifications for successExperience in delivering training programs in 1 on 1 settings, classroom and web based platformsStrong knowledge in sales methodologies, processes and techniquesExecutive-level verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with managers at various levels to recommend training solutions based on need analysisExperience with facilitating groups and public speakingAdvanced computer application skills (MS Office, Articulate, video/audio editing tools)Knowledge of instructional design process, program design principles and practices.Bachelor's degree in business, education, marketing or related areaIf you are seeking a culture that supports growth, fosters success and moves the industry forward, find your place at Optiv!
