Shape the Future of Smart Warehouse Solutions at Logisnext

At Logisnext, intralogistics is about more than just forklifts—it’s about smart, integrated solutions that deliver real value. As part of our strategic expansion (including AGVs, storage systems, and automation), we are building a European team of high-impact Solutions Consultants.

You’ll join a forward-thinking, international team of specialists from UK, Benelux and Finland. Together, you’ll support both local clients and cross-border projects. In your role, you act as the link between Sales, customer operations, and technical solutions—designing scalable systems that maximize warehouse performance.

Your Role: Strategic. Consultative. Technical.

As a Solutions Consultant, you’re not a sales Manager or a CAD Engineer. Instead, you work closely with clients and internal teams in an advisory capacity—designing and validating data-driven technical solutions. You combine process insight, technical expertise, and a customer-oriented approach. Your responsibilities include pre-sales analysis, solution development (CAD/simulation), and support during new product introductions.

Requirements

  • Analyse customer operations and propose technical solutions through consultative methods [KJ1] aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support high-value warehousing projects
  • Create simulations to test and validate proposed solutions
  • Interpret and develop technical drawings and documentation
  • Support the rollout of new products and services through training, expertise, and materials
  • Design and analyse warehouse layouts and system configurations using CAD tools[KJ2]
  • Work cross-functionally with product management, technical teams, and clients

What you bring

  • Extensive hands-on experience in warehousing and logistics operations
  • Proven background in logistics consultancy or warehouse process improvement[KJ3]
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with simulations and technical drawing development
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent)

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a technical or consultative role within warehousing
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Willingness to travel and work across diverse, multinational teams

Benefits

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to shape a new strategic service within an established organization
  • Work in an international and multidisciplinary team of intralogistics specialists
  • Competitive salary, hybrid working model, and travel flexibility
  • Real impact on multibrand solutions across the European market

Training & Development

  • Onboarding visit to Finland (5–20 days) for orientation and introduction
  • Training in internal systems (such as ERP and CAD configurations)
  • Optional training in consultative selling, project management, or budgeting
