Job Description

Software Solutions Consultant - New Business - SaaS Salesforce SAP 365 - Remote
Permanent - £55,000 - £75,000 + Profit related bonus + Car Allowance
Location: Field based - the expectation is a mixture of visiting client sites, office working and working from home as appropriate. UK based travel.

New and exciting role for a true new business sale consultant! You will be responsible for selling content services portfolio targeting new clients to meet and exceed sales targets and performance objectives directly aligned with the corporate strategy for Content Services. In this role you would be looking and selling solutions, so a need for a consultative approach to understand the customers pain points and build the solution around this is essential. You will be providing solutions for anything from streamlining an accounts payable department, to automating the mailroom!! The ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions!

Responsibilities/Tasks
?Present, promote and sell solutions/services to new prospective clients.
?Utilising solution sales techniques to uncover the clients needs, qualify the requirements and present an outcome-based sales process.
?Responsible for entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiate contracts and close agreements.
?Maintain regular engagement with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met, adding activities to the company CRM Salesforce.com
?Qualify sales opportunities based on company sales methodology & metrics, to include client fit and success criteria.
?Identify, cultivate and close on net-new CS business as well as helping identify upsell and cross sell opportunities across multiple lines of business.
?Build sales pipeline in excess of four times sales target and forecast sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of sales tools such as Salesforce.com
?Utilise challenger / strategic selling techniques to handle objection handling.
?Developing sales and marketing campaigns with input into CS proposition development and industry sector messaging.
?Working collaboratively with other team members and the wider UK Group business to ensure that customer orders are delivered within agreed timeframes.

?Demonstratable previous experience strategic / consultative, solution sales techniques are essential.
?Detailed understanding of the difference between a product and a solution.
?Results orientated, driven to succeed, achieve and exceed targets.
?Commercial awareness.
?Building rapport with customers - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
?Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
?Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
?Build compelling proposals, excellent communicator, presenter and negotiator duties and responsibilities.
?Meets high standards in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and selling skills, and work habits.
?Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees to support the ongoing development of our cross-selling activity.
?Profound knowledge and minimum 3 years' experience in selling Enterprise Content Management (ECM)/Content services and consulting services. Direct experience of M-Files or OnBase is a distinct advantage.
?Experiencing of using relationship management tools (Salesforce) and competent in using all MS office programs; Word, PowerPoint, Excel SharePoint, Teams etc.
