Open to all 50 states.Position Summary:Leading cross-functional teams, this Project Manager has overall accountability managing project timelines, scope and budget, related to product development and software engineering projects. The Project Manager will work with existing product management, software engineering, and technology teams.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education/Experience:10 years managing Software/Application Development projects5 years managing projects with data integration, preferably in healthcare IT settings10 years Program, Project, and/or IT management related experienceMinimum of 5 years' experience managing Healthcare IT application development projects and specifically workflow-based SaaS products deployed in healthcare settings, both physician and patient facingFamiliarity with Agile Development Methodologies, Atlassian/Jira and the Scrum frameworkStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strict attention to accuracy and detailOutstanding communication skills (oral, written, presentation)Bachelor's Degree RequiredPMP certification a plusTravel Requirements:No travel is expected for this job.Language Ability:Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
