The Software Engineer role involves customizing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions for Akamai's Services and Support divisions. Work includes enhancing existing functionalities, creating new ones, and using the latest technologies. This position is part of the Enterprise Applications engineering team, focusing on delivering impactful applications and solutions.

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with Developers, Leads, Architects, Managers, and Business Teams to ensure timely, high-quality solution delivery.
• Being adaptive and productive, learning to enhance, maintain, or build new solutions on Force.com platform.
• Understanding and maintaining existing data models alongside mapping them to various business processes or solutions.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or
  related field
• Possess experience in Salesforce development, design, architecture, implementing, customizing, and creating platform solutions.
• Have 1 to 2 years of experience in developing applications using the Salesforce Lightning platform
• Demonstrate proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming Technology.
• Utilize integration expertise with MuleSoft or Python
• Have end-to-end application development experience
• Demonstrate exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
