Program in Ruby and other languages as appropriate This role requires Minimum 2 years professional experience building & shipping reliable services at scale Hands on experience coding in Ruby Emotional intelligence and collaboration skills that encourage authenticity and creativity Bonus points if you have Experience with Identity and Access management Experience in a backend language such as: Java, Golang, Python or C#
