Come Join Us! POSITION OVERVIEW: Trace3 is seeking a talented Software Development Manager to join our LAMP Development team. LAMP is Trace3's cloud-based platform and central hub for all asset and maintenance contract management, system integration, license tracking, and dispositions activities. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and releasing software solutions within our cloud environment. You will oversee all aspects of the development process, and serve as the team's technical lead, as well as help with hands-on execution. By following our Software Development Life Cycle, you will ensure our team adopts best practices in a continuous improvement environment. Your ability to inspire and engage your team is essential to maintaining and optimizing team dynamics. You should also consider yourself a creative thinker, problem solver, teacher, learner, and thought leader. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a team of software engineers, including hiring, performance management, job assignments, conflict resolution, career development, and coaching. Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using a variety of platforms, APIs, databases, protocols, cloud, and data formats. Identify, support, and develop ETL environment by suggesting improvements, monitoring, and deploying quality and validation processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data. Collaborate with other developers and business operations to ensure that all integrations maintain the same level of technical standards. Work with Business Systems Analysts and the Chief Architect to ensure that the data and the business processes that intersect in the Enterprise Applications ecosystem are efficient and high fidelity. Manage design of databases, table creation, script creation, views, procedures, packages, and other objects. Deliver quality software releases ensuring product commitments meet quality, budget, and schedule standards. Maintain and improve agile SDLC framework development processes. Effectively communicate deliverables with stakeholders and senior leadership. Participate and/or lead agile ceremonies and planning as needed. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 7 years of experience leading Agile software development teams in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications. Experience with programming languages such as TypeScript, React, NodeJS, and GraphQL, CSS, and HTML Experience with data platforms such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and RabbitMQ Software deployment experience in a virtual cloud environment using Terraform, Kubernetes, Databricks, Key Vault, Azure AD, Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, Azure Front Door, Azure Application Gateway, Azure CDN and/or Velero Experience with .Net, Microsoft SQL Server, enterprise data warehouse models and concepts such as data reporting and ETL Experience with API management such as Apigee, Postman, and Swagger Comfortable working at a technical level and portfolio level with software development teams and high-level executives Experience with applications/tools capturing, managing and communicating requirements such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc. To all recruitment agencies: Trace3 does not accept unsolicited agency resumes/CVs.
