Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our Tech, Digital, Data and Innovation team
This is a unique opportunity to work remotely and gain hands-on experience in tech, digital, data and innovation. As support to the Iteam, you will play an essential role in various tasks that support our efforts.
The intern will focus on assigned tasks, learning, growing, and gaining exposure to key functions of the team.
What You'll Do
- Business process and system flow documentation for Supply Management order guide processes.
- Data Analysis and validation for the new web application being built on salesforce and AI/ML technologies
- Use cases, Test scripts and SOP documentation for application Go Live support.
- Participate in working sessions, standups, and testing cycles (UAT support)
- Create dashboards / reports (Excel / Power BI) for operational insights

What You Bring
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to use Visio or other equivalent process flow design tools
- Strong in Excel + basic data handling (SQL preferred)
- Exposure to data pipelines / integration concepts
- Structured thinker with ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Interest in AI-driven supply optimization / automation

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Current college student with studies in hospitality/food management, facilities management, engineering, communications, human resources, accounting, marketing or another industry related college program.
